משקה פלאים חורפי-GOLDEN MILK

Winter wonder drink - GOLDEN MILK

So it looks like winter has finally arrived!

And especially in the winter, I'm addicted to delicious and satisfying hot drinks.

That's why I'm so happy I came across this drink! GOLDEN MILK - Yellow Milk

It is warm! Rich! Healthy! Satisfying!

In recent years, the common folk spice turmeric has come to the forefront due to its anti-inflammatory properties.

Full of antioxidants, a positive boost to the immune system, balances blood sugar, improves liver function, supports the digestive system and much more...

Golden Milk is a great way to incorporate this wonderful spice into a hot drink, not just food.

Usually this includes combining the spice with milk (preferably almond, etc.) and, if desired, a sweetener (maple, honey, brown sugar).

In my opinion, if it's a celebration and health, then it's worth it to the end!
Warming spices form a wonderful synergy with turmeric and create a delicious, healthy and addictive drink.

Here I used

  • Fresh turmeric (but ground is also possible)
  • Fresh ginger
  • A few dates
  • Cinnamon
  • cardamom
  • cloves
  • Almond milk (or other milk of your choice) to complete the drink at the end

I put all the ingredients in a small pot with water and cook for about 20 minutes over low heat.

Another option is to grind everything in a stick blender and cook. This is a better option because the flavor, aroma, and properties of each ingredient are enhanced this way.

After cooking, I strain the liquids into a jar and throw away the rest.

This liquid is the wonderful essence of the yellow milk, which we will keep in the refrigerator and use to prepare the drink for the coming days.

Add a little of the extract to a glass, along with hot almond milk and a little maple/honey/sugar, and you have a wonderful winter drink!

I would love to receive pictures of you drinking yellow milk!

To health!
