ירוק מבפנים,יפה מבחוץ

Green on the inside, beautiful on the outside

The color green is full of life and vitality.

Even looking at green is healthy and soothing.

Chlorophyll, the same substance that colors green leaves green, works wonders inside the body.

It cleanses the body from the inside and gives a boost of life you never knew existed.

The body is constantly cleansing itself, and it would be great to support the detoxification process.

With the addition of green leaves that are full of chlorophyll.

I totally recommend it!

You'll see this trend everywhere, which is actually ancient advice - green wheatgrass juice, spirulina bars, kale that has become a kind of superstar...

The thing is, we don't always manage to get a good amount of green leaves in our daily diet.

As a mother of young and old children and a business owner, I am very busy and it is important to me to maintain good energy and vitality.

I don't always manage to clean and consume enough green leaves during the day.

I discovered that the most wonderful way to wash your body with green is to start the day with a refreshing green fruit smoothie.

By the way, I discovered spirulina. And I just fell in love.

Spirulina is an algae that grows in freshwater and is considered one of the most nutritionally dense foods.

This means that it contains a small amount of minerals and vitamins. It is considered a superfood and is also full of chlorophyll.

Spirulina helps the body's detoxification process.

It has such a powerful detoxifying effect that some recommend starting small and gradually increasing the dosage.

This recommendation stems from the fact that you don't want to flood the body with toxins on their way out.

I like to buy spirulina in flakes rather than capsules. The spirulina is fresher and you can consume more at less cost.

In recent years, very high-quality organic spirulina has been grown in Israel in the Zikim Sands. This is definitely the brand I recommend!

Add a tablespoon of spirulina to fruit and nuts and make a drink in a blender.

This is what I call my energy drink. The whole family is addicted.

Preparation-
The base of the smoothie is fruit. Banana does the best job and it's worth adding another type of fruit.
I also like to add a cucumber or two to cut down on the sweetness.
Additionally, you can flexibly add almonds, nuts, seeds, lettuce, parsley, coconut oil,
Ground flax, spirulina and other superfood additions such as chia seeds, goji berries, maca powder, wheat germ.
With flexibility. Each one does what she likes.
The idea is a delicious, green drink, full of concentrated foods that will flood our bodies with the goodness of vitamins and minerals in the morning, before we start the day.
It's good to vary it and aim for the shake to be nutritious and include those foods that you know are good to eat but miss during the day.

To all this I add a tablespoon of spirulina.
It's amazing that a small spoonful of this green stuff is equal to an entire package of organic vegetables and has almost no effect on the taste of the smoothie.
Add water and possibly ice.
It is best to use a blender, if not then a stick blender.

Recipe suggestion-
2 ripe bananas
Favorite fruit dish - pear, peach, mango, strawberries, berries
2 dates
10 almonds (preferably soaked in water for a few hours before use) or a tablespoon of almond butter
3 Brazil nuts
A handful of parsley
cucumber
2 lettuce leaves
A teaspoon of chia seeds
A teaspoon of spirulina
A teaspoon of coconut oil
A teaspoon of spirulina

This recipe is just to give direction. I trust you can play with it!

A great start to a wonderful day!
